Taurus --Purusha suktha
The word of God
According to a stanza in Purusha Suktha:
• एतावानस्य महिमातो ज्यायाँश्च पूरुषः ।
पादोऽस्य विश्वा भूतानि त्रिपादस्यामृतं दिवि ॥३॥
Etaavaanasya Mahima-Ato Jyaayaash-Ca Puurussah |
Paado-Asya Vishvaa Bhuutaani Tri-Paad-Asya-Amrtam Divi ||3||
Meaning:
3.1: The Purusha is Greater than all the
Greatness (which can be expressed by words),
3.2: His One Part has become all these (visible)
Worlds, and His Three Parts rest in the Immortal World of
the Transcendence.
Four Quarters of word
• The word of god reaches the earth through the Taurus sign
• According to a stanza in Purusha Suktha:
• The word of god acquires the form-state or material existence .
• The form side of god is the material universe This is the fourth quarter of the word.
• The three quarters are in the planes of immortality
The three higher planes might be as mentioned in Gayathri mantra three Lokas called Bhur Bhuvah Suvah
Taurus – Rig Veda
Four states of word
The word of God
• Taurus represents the fourth state of the word
• According to a verse from Rig Veda :
• The other three states of the word are placed in the cave i.e. unmanifested
• Men utter the fourth state of the word
• The unmanifested 3 states of word might be
• Thureeya , Suptha & Jagratha states of sleep
• Unconscious , Subconscious and Conscious states of mind
• Sahasrara, Agna & Visudhi states of chakras
Soham –Taurus
• Language and sound waves ( Voice ) of word are represented by the two wings of Great Swan ( Parama Hamsa ) Ham & So
• The concept of the word travelling from speaker to the listener in space is called Saraswathi
• Swan the word with So Ham is the vehicle of Saraswathi.
• Utterer becomes creator of the concept of word (Chaturmukha Brahma- representing 4 states of word )
Language & concept producing wisdom in Taurus
• Word has concept & language
• Concept is Masculine and Language is Feminine.
• Sun during spring in Taurus is called bull which imports the word and Moon in Taurus is called the cow which absorbs the word.
Language & Concept together creates Wisdom which is Mercury called calf in Taurus
Voice -- Fourth stage of utterance
• Taurus rules the voice as Gemini rules the vocal chords
• The vibration of vocal chords produces the sound trill “R” which is the origin of the sound of the language
• The sound manifests thought in the expressed word
• Hence called the “Rishabha” the great bull in the Vedas. In rig Veda Rishabha is addressed as “O lord of speech, humble their speech“ ( Rig Veda X 166 )
Levels of Saadhak
• The True saadhak at Gemini -Taurus levels creates through his word and sound
• The saadhak who dwells in Pisces-Taurus levels creates through silence
• The Gemini -Taurus level persons are builders of the higher universes
• The Pisces – Taurus level persons are Master builders / Master makers.
Taurus and self expression
• For people at mundane level the self expression is at lower planes of Instincts impulses and emotions
• The real word is pulled down from mechanical vocal word and is buried deep down in matter
• Procreation capacity reflects the higher creative potentiality
• This difference is signified by Scorpio which is the opposite or lower counter part of Taurus.

• Observe a person using foul language ---Words tagged with impulsive emotion or instinct buried deep down in the matter of dark waters of Scorpio are pulled out.
• Sublimation of impulses emotions & instincts into creative pursuits reveals connection & elevation from Scorpio energy to Taurus Energy.
